Public Engagement is integral to any planning process. Township Planning + Design Inc. is overseeing stakeholder communication and engagement for the Heritage Crossing Development.

The purpose of Public Consultation is to invite surrounding landowners and affected parties to provide comments and feedback to the design team. Feedback can be provided in a number of ways including email, or by attending an Open House. The feedback gathered from the community is then used to fine tune the design and address any apparent issues.

At the end of the consultation period a “What We Heard” report will be provided on this website and to the Foothills County Council. The report provides a summary of the engagement process and relays common themes and how the design team addressed them in the finished proposal. The report also provides an explanation for any feedback that was not included in the final proposal.
